Returns

RETURNS POLICY:

Five by Five label lets you shop with piece of mind with our 14 day returns policy. We inspect each garment to check for quality prior to dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@fivebyfivelabel.com with the subject line "Return request" and your order number.

Returns will be accepted where the products are:

• In original and resalable condition
• Unworn, undamaged, unmarked and unwashed
• With all tags attached
• Free from make up, fake tan and animal hair
• Free from scents of deodorant, perfume or washing agents
• Packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during the return transit 
• Returned within 14 days of the order delivery date - Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by us, and will remain your responsibility.

If your return satisfies the above listed criteria, you will be refunded the full item amount.

Please be careful when trying on our garments! If your return does not meet the above criteria we will not be able to issue a refund.

Five by Five label has the right to assess the age and condition of any faulty items. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturer’s fault, a refund will not be provided. If you would like the items to be returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost. 

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the return shipping costs of any items. Any returned items are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as Five by Five label will not be liable for any items damaged or lost in the return transit.
