All Five by Five label orders are proudly shipped by our 100% carbon neutral courier in 100% compostable and re-usable satchels.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days in New South Wales, Australia (AEST) upon receipt of your order. Please be aware that longer processing and delivery times may be experienced during national holidays.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS!

All orders will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery time is between 1-3 days. Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics or bad weather. If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible. 

Unfortunately for domestic orders we can not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout and will be dependent on the destination.

Current estimated delivery zone time frames are as follows:

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-20 working days)
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)
Zone 3 - Rest of the world (25-30 working days)

Due to COVID-19, the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions means that overseas transit times may be delayed.

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

For international orders, Five by Five label does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Five by Five label will not be held liable or responsible for any custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply

Five by Five label is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
